...that homemade bread, warm from the oven, spread with unsalted butter and sprinkled with Maldon sea salt, is the most divine thing on Earth. And before you ask, no, absolutely nothing like salted butter.

Never got on with a bread maker, the bread just never tasted that good, but I guess that is more the recipe.

All I made this morning was some soda bread which is the simplest recipe ever! 35 minutes from taking the flour out of the cupboard to eating!
