Baking Time/Temp for Petit Fours ??

You know, the little mini muffin case thingy's :)

How long & at what temperature do those of you that have cooked these successfully use ??

I can bake anything else without fail, but these little things always turn out like bricks for me - what am I doing wrong??

Do you mean baking cupcakes in mini-muffin tins? if so, try 8 to 10 mins at 180c.
