spongebob....i swear by my slow cooker for feeding me DH and DD (1yr), they are fab (and very very cheap) chuck in loads of fresh veggies, meat, onions and mushrooms, cover with water, maybe add one oxo cube for flavour (sometimes i do, but try not to do it too often coz of salt content) hey presto, feed up your little one, then you add bisto to the rest and your have a meal for yourself!! Plus you can prepare it in the norning, stick slow cooker on and then leave the house, and not be restriced to getting home to get dinner or your evening meal cooked! sometimes i add hot chilli and stuff to the slow cooker after taking out the veg and meat for DD to eat.

Not so much of a recipe but hth
