lentil receipes?

any nice dishes made with lentils (I'm thinking puy lentils...but don't really mind)...?

fry onions in a pan with lardons, then add garlic, lentils, bits of carrots, bits of celery, ham or pork stock, water, salt, pepper, rosemary All at once. Bring to a boil and simmer for 40mn. Can be made in a soup with a bit more water. A big fav in our house.
