Wilton do a shaped pan for it some good cake shops (the type that sell cake making bits as well as making pro cakes) have them to hire our local one charges £1.50 per day!

The mm one used to be black and it was limited edition! However I've just seen that they have a new one!

A tip I learnt when doing black icing if doing buttercream make the black a day in advanced or earlier as the colour intensifies the longer you leave it!!

Not sure if you've already made it but here are some I've made www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=308809799130030&set=a.304739516203725.85564.300671133277230&type=3&theater

All you need is a Pirex bowl that you half fill with a your usual sponge batter and bake for about 30-35 minutes. butter is up first so the cake slips right out once cooled.

Give me a shout if you need any tips.
