I know, shameless attempt to lure you in... But, now you're here please help. I bought two cod fillets today - how should I cook them. I have an idea I want them to stay as fish, not become an ingredient, but I don't know what to do with them. I also have an idea to serve them with a kind of roasted veg assortment and wild/fiesta rice.
Ideas on a postcard please.......

Wrap them in something like pancetta or parma ham and roast in the oven - helps keep the fish in one piece.

If you want to keep it really simple, roast your veg and then about 15 minutes before they're done place the fish on top, season and maybe spritz with oil and then pop back in the oven. Would work best with Mediterranean style roasted veg, tomatoes, onions, peppers, courgettes, etc. Sounds good to me, anyway :)
