vegetarian fillings for tortilla wraps

DP has decided he's fed up of sandwiches for his lunch at work, so he made wraps yesterday. he filled them with tomato, lettuce, red kidney beans and sour cream. he loved them, but he wants to try some different fillings. they have to be veggie (cheese and egg are fine). any ideas/good combinations of fillings?

My absolute favourite cold tortilla filling is houmous, salad leaves, a bit of onion, and black olives. Yummy.

(Discovery tortillas have recipe/filling suggestions on the back of the packet, btw)

I like leftover fajita mix in mine - red onion fried with yellow and/or orange peppers and smoked paprika, refried beans, chopped avocado and yoghurt / sour cream.
Actually that's what I had for dinner last night, so it'll be tomorrow's lunch!

dw does a quorn mince / tomato splodge (kind of veggie bolognese, so it's got garlic, onions etc.) which can be used for splodge filling, enhanced with humous, lettuce, mayo or cream cheese, grated cheese etc.

oh yeah, avo and a few olives on the splodge can be nice too.
