what do you do with it?

I've just got some for my 1year old to try and mixed it with pineapple, he liked it. My partner and I are not fans, I have little idea of what to do with it. I'd love some inspiration please.

I'd throw it straight in the bin. (but maybe this will bump your question and you'll get a proper answer.)

I use it to make:
pancakes
noodle kugel
spanakopita
macaroni and cheese (sometimes)

My cousins in the US eat it plain with fruit for lunch but actually quite nice on a hot day

I just have it with salad or jacked potatoes. Not flavoured though. I have also had it with rice when I had run out of yoghurt and it was surprisingly nice.

I add a couple of eggs to a pot of it, whisk it so all the lumps disappear, pour it over any veg and a bit of bacon and bake - like a quiche without the pastry

Haha Bagelmonkey thanks ;)

Fantastic ideas, thanks so much. I'm going to try some of these out, maybe starting with noodle kugel which I'd not hear of before, but sounds really interesting!

Noodle kugel is the BEST - I've made both the one from Claudia Roden's Book of Jewish Food, and this one - they're both great.

Funny, that's the recipe I came across yesterday too. Now to hunt down the noodles here!
