what can I do with it? Is it OK to freeze or should I cook it and then freeze Confused

Freezes fine uncooked. Wrap first in greaseproof paper. I then top it and cook it from frozen.

Agree with Cappy, I always freeze half because my recipe makes too much!

I always make enough pizza dough for 10 pizzas and freeze it as it'll make a good quick Saturday lunch for weeks. I wrap it in clingfilm and it seems to be fine - apart from getting it mixed up with other dough/pastry balls in the freezer. One Saturday morning I looked at what I had defrosted and it was one ball of naan bread dough and one ball of uncooked biscuits!!!

Dd thought it was great having biscuits for lunch but was a little odd!

thanks for advice! Didn't have grease proof paper, so it's in a zip lock bag. Hope it's OK!

I like the idea of making a large batch and freezing it...
