Am never sure on this one.

The kids love Asda's tropical fruit juice but I am nevers ure how much I should let them have.

I spoke to my dentist about this last week

he said diluted is fine in moderation

my two have it in the morning half orange juice and half water (how I like it too) then maybe once again during the day. Rest of the time, water. They both have good teeth with no problems so far.

Diluted is fine, as long as it's not the only thing they drink. My dd tends to have about 20% fresh juice to 80% water, she probably has three or four glasses a day but she also has a couple of glasses of plain water. Her teeth are good and she's generally healthy and a good weight for her height.

Hmm they aren't as keen when i dilute it, will have to persavere.

Maybe gradually diluting it would work? Just a bit to start with and then increase it slowly?

Good idea.
