When is it ok to give tangerines / clementines to babies? Can't find any mention of it in AK or GF, & I thought you were supposed to be careful with citrus.

think there's also the choking risk. suggest you make sure you cut up the segments

Did'nt give them to dd till she was 18 months as she chokes on evrything.

I make clementine juice for my 16m old and add water, it makes it less tangy. She loves it, clementines are sweeter than oranges.

DS2 has been scoffing these from about 12/13 months. I peel and then bite one end off before giving it to him. Word of warning though - they make for very unpleasant poo!
