this was really quick and tasty

A good Rick Stein dish. Mild potato curry topped with smoked haddock and poached egg.

I modified the curry slightly - coriander in the fridge was rank so I used curry leaves and I added a bit of curry powder because it just felt that the curry was a bit too mild for my taste.

Whole family loved it - very simple and quick.

Pork crumble - it was a hit with DP and 7yr old DSS
