Anyone have any Packed-breakfast ideas, please?

I have an early start tomorrow and two of my mindees will arrive without having eaten any breakfast. We have to start the school run as soon as the arrive tomorrow so I need to pack something for them to eat in the car.

To make it even harder, they're quite picky.

They usually have toast and a glass of milk here, I suppose I could just pack that but not sure how well received cold toast will be .

I really like cold cheese on toast

How about peanut butter sarnie and a banana?

bread and butter instead of toast?

I personally go for a peanut butter and banana sandwich.

I would too but none of them would even entertain such a crazy idea .

How about a croissant with nutella or jam in. don't need to be warm when eaten, just warm them a little in the oven first to crisp them up a bit. Slice in half with a bread knife and put in the filling. DH had a couple of early starts a few weeks ago and this was a tasty option compared to cold toast.

Make the toast last thing and wrap in tin foil - it won't go that cold.

As luck would have it, they'd all had breakfast before they arrived today so no jammy toast squished into my back seats!
