Goodmans breadmaker

i have unearthed one of these in a cupboard. There is no instruction manual and extensive googling hasn't found one. Does anyone have instructions / recipies they could share?? TIA

I honestly don't think I've ever followed the manufacturers instructions, I go with 'breadmaker bread recipes'
