Food blogs - care to share?

I am increasingly (but only recently) getting into food blogs, rather than cramming my overstuffed bookcases even fuller. But I'm well aware that I must be missing some great ones..... so which are your favourites?

I'll start - 3 I love are:
Orangette
Appetite for China
(both of the above recommended by MNers)
and Two Tarts which I found all by myself today

Would love to see what others are out there :)

I like Khymos but on the more specialist end of blogs - and satisfies the scientist in me rather than the food.

Smitten kitchen is one I am fond of (twas a mumsnet recommendation too.)

I also love Orangette, she's now pregnant btw, just a bit of goss there.
