nigel slater baked thai hake (cod?) recipe

I bought the ingredients for this recipe which I think was nigel slater - now I cant find it in the nigel slater cookbook so have all this lemon grass, kaffir leaves whatnot and can't locate the recipe. I think it was with hake (couldn't get hake have got cod instead) - has anyone cooked it/got the recipe?

Can't find a baked Thai fish by Nigel Slater, but there are a good few recipes using those ingredients, would those help?

thank you meta - we had already cooked before you posted but really appreciate you taking the time to reply and have printed those recipes off. DH found it in end it was a skate recipe which was why I couldnt find it. Anyway it was YUCK - wish we hadn't bothered! will use your recipes next time!!

If it was yuck maybe you should stay clear of any variation!

My simple baked fish favourite is salmon fillets with a some pesto spread on top and a squeeze of lemon, wrapped in foil and baked for 15-20 minutes. So nice with boiled new potatoes...
