DS1 had Sweet and Sour chicken at school for Chinese New Year. He's since been asking for it at home and always keen to encourage new things I thought I'd give it a go.
I saw the meal and it didn't have that gloopy sauce you buy in jars or get at the takeaway, looked more the consistency of a thick casserole iyswim. Anyone got a good recipe?
