What can I make with Mandarin oranges that are too sharp?

They're making us all wince!

There are at least 10 of them (thanks dh :) ) to use up.

Caramelised orange slices - peel, slice and cook in sugar syrup until the syrup is thick. Have with ice cream, or put in the bottom of a bowl to make a sponge pudding by putting cake mixture over the top. Put in the bottom of a tin, and then pour dark choc brownie mix over.

Duck a l'Orange? I've made it a few times now - its much easier than it sounds and impresses my other half like nobody's business - he thinks I can cook now! I have a great recipe from my French neighbour - simple, quick and looks fab!! www.thegoodlifefrance.com/duck-a-l%E2%80%99orange/
