Out of date vitamins

Should I throw out out of date vitamins? Do they 'go off'? Do they loose their potency?

Short answer: yes, they do - particularly vits like Vitamin C which degrade with the damp in the air (which is why you shouldn't keep them in bathrooms or kitchens like I do )
