What time do you have your meals?

I don't have a set time but would like one know my son is getting older

when dd1 was in nursery had to move lunch forward to get there on time. Smile

My son is 2 and I haven't got a routine for him through the day as I do for bedtime so want to make one. It will also make the day easier too as I won't be guessing when he wants food

Breakfast is 7.30am on school days, later (8-8.30am) at weekends.

At school the DC have their lunch at 12.15, I have mine when I get in from work at about 12.45pm.

Snack when they get home at 3.45pm

Dinner is about 6ish, dependent upon what after school nonsense activities are going on.

On Sundays we have a Sunday lunch at about 1.30pm and the children have a sandwich-y tea at about 6ish.

That said, when they were toddlers, dinner was definitely earlier - it was 5pm tea, 6pm bath and 7pm all asleep in their beds

Breakfast about 7.45
Lunch at school (12.00 / 1.30)
Supper anytime between 5.30 and 6.30 (DCs)
Dinner about 9 (adults) rather late really but it became a habit when kids were babies - we sat down and relaxed once they were asleep - so as to be able to enjoy the meal, and the habit has just stuck.
