Can anyone give me the low down on the red/green days? I think I may give them a go in the New Year but not now as too much going on but I thought I'd try and give the basics bits a go?! Anyone know?? I don't need to loose loads but am currntly the heaviest I've ever been, still sqeezing into size 10 though. But with Xmas looming I want to nip it in the bud if I can.
