OK so now you have added your brilliant ideas to my other thread regarding food to go away please help with ideas for the wedding in the middle of the trip. It is a very informal hippy type wedding asking to bring a plate. The wedding is on Saturday, We are all camping from the Thursday nite. We need something that will travel and keep. I am thinking a platter. Wont have proper cooking facilities so maybe if we buy what we need on Friday while away and do things like
cheese, dips, crackers, breads, olives, sundried toms, gerkins, salami etc or a fruit platter maybe...
