Which are your favourites?

Fried (in olive Oil) eggs and chips with ketchup. Yummy

Baked potatoes, beans, cheese, coleslaw

Frittata - (only cheap because we have chickens and I use 20 egg yolks) but works out at £3 for 3 days for 3 very greedy people (plus potatoes on the side)

Veg and lentil curry

Risotto - with leftover Sunday roast

Stir fry - using the 50p bag of Asda basic stir-fry veg, with noodles, leftover meat & a sauce sachet.

Chilli sausage - an all in one rice dish with chilli, peppers and sauages.

Jacket potatoes with beans

DD's favourite is pasta with any available veg, stirred through with Aldi's own cream cheese.

Butternut squash & chorizo soup - makes LOADS (Jamie Oliver recipe).

Spaghetti with chilli flakes, garlic and olive oil
