Have I messed up my pancakes!!

o.k o.k so I know its totally wrong to use packet mix for pancakes and I should have made my own

Anyway my 5 yr old DS was itching to help and I never read the instructions correctly. I made it with 2 eggs and 400 ml of cold water (this is for yorkshires!!) I should have used 1 egg and 600 ml of water. I've added the extra 200ml of water - do you reckon the extra egg in it will make it go yucky??

It will be absolutely fine - I used 2 eggs to 400ml milk/water. Now just make sure the pan is hot enough!

I used 2 eggs to 100 ml milk in mine, so im sure you will be fine :)
