How can I measure out 100g without having a set of scales?

The battery in my scales has gone and I have to measure out flour, can I do it using a measuring jug thing, or cup measures? Anyone know?

assuming liquid cups are teh same you can work it out from this in terms of volume good old delia

a rounded tablespoon is approx 25g according to my old dom sci teacher

it looks like 160mls. Just weighed it out in a baby bottle.
