hot chocolate - lumpy

made cakes today and wanted to make myself a hot chocolate with the cocoa.
very lumpy.
how can I make it without lumps?

spoonful of cocoa, spoonful of sugar, stir this together, add a little milk and mix to a paste.....it won't want to blend but keep at it and it will

heat the rest of the milk to warm , tip onto the paste, stir and tip the lot back into the pan until it is just steaming, try not to boil it as it encourages the cocoa to make a skin.

You may need more sugar if you have a sweet tooth.
