i'm making hestons exploding chocolate cake and i'm not doing the paint gun/flocking thing. in the show he said at what stage you could just sprinkle over cocoa if you're not doing that bit but i can't remember and the recipe on the website doesn't say. does anyone know? the cake is in the fridge at the moment.
