Nigella's Chocolate Cloud Cake

Have the girls coming for lunch tomorrow so am making a chocolate cake for them (coz they are lovely and deserve a big treat). Was going to go for Nigella's Chocolate Cloud Cake from her Nigella Bite's book. Has anyone made it? Is it good? Have a sudden doubt about making it as it's flourless. Is it ok to make today and eat tomorrow if I don't put the cream on top? Or should I just do a couple of plain and simple choc sponges and fill with cream? Dilemma.

I LOVE this cake, it's so easy and looks so luxurious. I often make it the evening before and fill with cream in the morning. It's much more decadent than a normal choc sponge - enjoy!

I'm a fan of this one - always good when you're having people over because you can sort it all in advance. It is totally delicious!

Ooo I love this cake - its one of my dinner party favourites. You can def make it in the evening and then add the whipped cream before you serve, I add a sprinkling a sugar and vanilla to the whipped cream and plonk some raspberries on the top - yummy!

Yay! It's all made and ready for the cream later on. Am going to decorate with Maltesers I think. I'm not sure if I haven't overcooked it a smidge though as my oven temp is a bit erratic.
