Slow cooker sweet & sour

Anyone have a good recipe? Can't seem to find one online :)

4 Pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
120 ml tomato ketchup
120ml runny honey
120ml soy sauce
2 crushed garlic cloves

If using more chops just up the liquids by equal amounts for plenty of sauce.
Slow cook for 4 hours.

Serve with flat noodles and sugarsnap peas.
Mmmm! lovely. It freezes well too.

I cooked this again last week and left it for an hour on "keep warm" too. It's a very good tempered dish. I hope you enjoy it.
