I am a great fat cow who needs to lose some weight PDQ.
One of my good friends cooks loads of nice things out of her Weight Watchers cookery book, but she's skiing in Andorra for the rest of the week, so I can't ask her, and I want to get started NOW!
Can anyone recommend a book? And how do you get on cooking those recipes for your DC? (e.g. if you cook a WW casserole type thing, do you just feed it to everyone, or give them some sort of higher calorie option, or what?)
