Tomorrow is root veg frittata and weds is something with roasted brussels and shallots. I will be making the soup with the cannelini beans in tonight :o

Moonblush dh cooked that and it's fab. He has never really cooked before so hfw is a god in our house!

Yes he is rather good and since his vegetarian epiphany he looks, dare I say it, almost quite attractive. Less curly locks is a much better look on him too.

I got mine this week too. WE are having the mushroom risiontto tomorrow and the veggeree on saturday evening. AM going to make a couple of the soups this week too.
