Is it a bad thing of your marmalade boils and turns into treacle? :o

I've got a recipe where you actually add black treacle to marmalade!

Thids looks like black treacle! Tastes lovely though albeit a little difficult to spread on toast!

Wouldn't worry then! I've the opposite problem - mine hasn't set at all!

we should get them together and see if we can come up with a hybrid marmalade that actually works!
