I'm a chef and I'm looking to experiment at home with a bit of molecular gastronomy!
One of the key ingredients is agar agar, Mr Heston of Blumenthal says you can buy it in most supermarkets now, but I've searched long and hard and can't find it anywhere, however it could just be that my local supermarkets are a bit backward.
I'd like to know if any of you guys have spotted it, or even better have any tips on cool things to do with it
