DD & I are creating a recipe (for Chocolate Junkyard) - will it work?

Crush plain chocolate half covered & mix with melted butter
(optional item: melt chocolate and spread on top)
Place half of DD's advent chocolates on the top
Make chocolate mousse and pour on top

We thought to make the chocolate mousse with extra chocolate to set more........

What do you think? Could we improve it? Should we include the optional layer?
Or change anything?

The base looks good - we did the extra chocolate

The mousse is being whisked

We accidentally put some rum in the mousse

The bowls have all been scraped

& for the second time in 2 days dd has washed up and tidied up without being asked......

I wonder what she wants?
