do you think this is ok?

i bought sausages from sainsburys and then realised that they were a day past their use by date - i put them in the freezer - do you think they will be ok to eat? or a bit touch and go?

I would use them but then I'm not usually someone bothered by dates. If they look and smell fine then I reckon they will be fine.

They'll be fine. Sausages are packed full of preservative. Just defrost properly and cook thoroughly when you come to eat them.
