Making tortillas (wraps)

I've just had a go at making my own tortillas for the first time, using bread flour & water. They've cooked up beautifully in a very hot dry frying pan.

However, I want to use them for enchilladas ie wrapping them up with filling in like pancakes. The tortillas I've made are rather crispy and not very bendable.

How can I get softer textured ones? Should I cook them at a lower heat, or for a shorter time?

No advice but didn't want your post to be left unanswered. If it's any consolation, mine always come out really crispy as well :(

Well done for making them, I've never tried ... but with the packet ones, a few seconds in the microwave makes them bendy enough to roll, would that work?

The Discovery ones I have in the cupboard list vegetable oil as the third highest ingredient, which packs the calories in Sad, maybe that makes them bendy?
