I saw the prog and found one of the recipes online rhurbarb fool with rhurbarb caviar
I don't think it is difficult apart from sourcing some of the ingredients like agar flakes and rhurbarb flavouring. Anyone else going to try it?
Is it the wrong season for rhurbarb anyway?!
