I'm looking for a fool-proof vegetable pasta bake or similar which i can prepare tomorrow evening and just bake for tuesday tea?
I have a friend coming round on tuesday who is a vegetarian and a fantastic cook who has made me several delicious teas in the past. It is my turn to host and i will have very little time on tues to prepare a meal and i'm not the best chec in the world!!
