15mth dd appetitie is gone - help

DD's appetite was quite good up until a couple of weeks ago, she recently had a tummy bug so I know it will take time but it's been over a week with VERY little food, I have tried everything. Her appetite had really decreased before tummy bug.

She used to eat a 12 mth jar quite happily most days and I would cook home made food for the other meals.

I can't seem to find anything she wants to eat excpet of course petit filous!!

she is pretty big and takes 3 milk feeds still approx 5 oz at a time. I don't want to stop her milk as I feel it's the only nutrition she is getting at the moment.

ive had this on and off with Jess (now 18 months) for months!

She has days where she will eat eat eat and then a week or so of yoghurt, fruit and cereal!

Jess is a big girl too - 28lbs, and still has 2 9oz milk feeds a day.

The milk is the best quality nutrition, anyway.
If she doesn't eat much, I'd focus on making sure what she does eat is as healthy as possible.
Petit fils doesn't sound that healthy, though, isn't it sugary?

i think they are all a bit like this at this age (my ds is 15mo). last week he was adventurous. this week only fruit, cereal and beans are acceptable.

we banned petit filous when he was about a year when i realilsed he was becoming fixated. do you end up offering them to her when she's refused everything else? they are smart enough now to hold out for things.

also i have discovered he'd prefer four or five little meals to three big ones, and he's also been much better since getting the timing right and only giving milk after food, not before.

thanks for your advice, petit filous is last resort and I really don't like giving them to her, I will try and stick to just yogurt as I knew there was sugar in them and she is liking them too much, I hope her appetite for meat and veg comes back, she will eat fruit also but not much.
