Store cupboard puddings

Summertime puddings are easy, but I have run out of instant winter pudding ideas.
If I have remembered to defrost them in time (no microwave, we live in the stone age here!) then muffins/traybakes etc are fine, but what else? I am thinking of those days when you don't have the ingredients/time/inclination to go down the crumble/cake route, and it's too cold for ice cream. It's bananas in custard tonight, but I am feeling uninspired. What do you have lurking on your shelves ready to become a life-saver pud?

We rarely have pudding beyond a bit of fruit, but if you have a tin of custard you can't beat a baked apple. Don't need any fancy pants baking apples, regular eaters are fine, dried fruit and nuts in the core, drizzled in golden syrup.

Jamaican ginger or syrup cake with custard/cream

Rice pudding to make not in tin
Sometimes ready made meringues

baked bananas with chopped chocolate and nuts in the middle...

ha ha jamaican ginger cake wins already!

HM sponge pudding in the microwave with either a blob of marmalade, jam, lemon curd, honey or suryp in the bottom, with instant custard or some cream/icecream takes less than ten mins start to finish :)
