Dh and I were going to have a candle lit dinner tomorrow night as we have not spent much time alone together this week. But due to illness and Dh working evenings, we have not had any family meals this week either and I am going to the gym as soon as he finishes work tomorrow early evening so will be starving when i get back.

So we are are having lasagne at 5:30pm with the children and we thought we will do grown up pudding once kids are in bed.

Recommendations please? Ideally something I can cook or prepare in the day time, or that is quick even better bought from a shop and goes with wine.

Try chocolate fondants, the batter is quite simple and can be prepped in advance, the trick is really dust the moulds with cocoa and dont overcook or let M&S do the hard work, serve with raspberries and mascarpone cream

Ooooh they sound nice. What moulds would I use? Do you have a recipe?
