Never tried couscous, but pasta is ok - goes a bit mushy, but if you are doing it for baby meals no one will complain to the chef!

NannyL · 21/01/2006 23:24

surely you must be able to freeze pasta as you can buy it in pasta bakes in ready meals in the shops

also im SURE ive frozen macaroni cheese

havnt got a clue about cous cous

however i freeze almost anything and it all seems to be fine

worth ago if the other option is the bin i reckon!

Thanks very much-I'll give it a go.It is for ds so I don't think he'll mind it being mushy.

By the way - can't think of a reason why couscous shouldn't be ok to freeze - it's just that I haven't tried to freeze it myself!

Meanoldmummy · 22/01/2006 18:26

because it tastes like shite

Squarer · 22/01/2006 22:26

oooohhhhh MOM...... you just don't know how to do it properly......

And in saying that I also accept that you probably don't want to know how to do it properly.

Honestly. Tut.

PS Lemon and fresh mint with finely diced cucumber and tomato. Mmmmmmm

Sorry. Couldn't help myself.
