Help! What can I do with huss?

I had a fish box delivered a couple of weeks ago and stuck it all in the freezer. Among the more usual mackerel, cod and plaice was some huss. It doesn't look like anything I have ever seen before and I am a bit nervous about cooking it. It looks quite tough so I'm thinking of currying it, but am open to any suggestions. Has anyone any advice?

Isn't it a kind of dog-fish/shark type thing? Longer cooking with strong flavours sounds just the ticket!

Huss is a dog-fish. It's often called Rock Salmon in an attempt to get the English to buy it :) . Maybe you could use in a Spanish-y inspired fish stew with some nice bread and roast garlic? Good strong flavours as Cogito says

Thanks for the advice. DH told me the curry was lovely, but unfortunately I realised after I cooked it that I don't really like fenugreek so I couldn't eat it myself! Catalan fish stew sounds great for next time (I have more in the freezer), I can imagine it working well with tomatoes and olives. Or maybe a tagine.
