I have 6 duck eggs, could anyone suggest some tasty recipes that make the most out of them?

I would just soft boil and eat them with some toast and asparagus spears. One of my favourite meals Smile.

Cakes made with duck eggs are fab - weigh the eggs and match their weight for the other ingredients.
