Baked Rhubarb - how long will it last?

just baked some rhubarb, does anyone know how long it will keep in the fridge?

It will be OK for at least a couple of days as long as it was put in a clean box with a tight fitting lid and in the fridge fairly quickly after baking.

You can freeze it for months of course.
