Roasting them seems a bit dull.

So many things.

Cover them in chinese 5 spice, soy sauce and olive oil and roast them.

Bake them in all sorts of casseroles.

To be honest, I do usually just roast them, but with various marinades. Tomato and basil ones, chinese style, tandoori/tikka.

Also, if you like risottos, I've found adding roast chicken to them rather than cooking chicken in with it gives it much more flavour.

You can do Nigella's chicken, potato & chorizo tray bake. Recipe says use thighs but no reason at all why you shouldn't use legs. I add about 6 whole cloves of garlic to her recipe, roast them along with everything else, then mush them up a bit and stir in before serving. Use new or waxy potatoes rather than floury ones.

YUM!

No chorizo and can't be faffed going to shop again but others have spoken effusively about that recipe so I shall note it!

Think I might glaze them in ... something or other ...

Thank you!

Sweet chiili sauce glaze - minimum of effort!

Tagine? With lemons and green olives.
