Cheesecake lovers help me decide on February's cheesecake of the month.

I only made one new year's resolution this year, and that was to make more cheesecakes. So my aim is one a month. January's was white chocolate and raspberry, an easy no bake affair. So if you could only have one more slice of cheesecake before you die, what would it be?! All recipe suggestions welcome!

How did it go? Am pondering making one this weekend. I usually hate baking, but ds doesn't. I reckon he could manage it with a bit of help.

I have never made a cheese cake but all of the above sound exquisite!

Might try the Lorraine Pascale Chocolate Digestive cheesecake, looks very easy too.

Read something about brushing egg white on biscuit base then baking for few mins to stop soggy base; anyone tried this?
