But with what? The imagination has run dry with all the usual suspects so what do you stuff in chicken breasts?

All yummy ideas will be tried!

TIA

we do it with haggis yummy!!!!!!

also do it stuffed with mozzarella and we do a lovely mozzarella and tomato sauce too with it

Oh haggis, very timely! Could do that for Burns Night - dts (4) love haggis.

Good ideas, do you just slice the mozzarella with a homemade tomato base sauce? I have tons of that Jamie Oliver pasta sauce, I make in bulk and freeze to use on the boys' pasta, I could use that.

The thought of the sage and lemon butter is lovely but parma ham tends to get eaten very quickly so I may have to get some pancetta!

I stuff with basil and fresh chilli and smother in philadelphia mixed with pesto, top with sliced beef tomatoes and grated cheese and bung in the oven. Depending how health conscious you are, you can replace philly with quark or add sliced goats cheese or mozzarella before grated cheese. Guess which one I do?

For haggis chicken we stuff whilst chicken is raw( tinned haggis is good for this) although I never really eat tinned haggis only in chicken

Mozzarella- we cook chicken breast, about 10 mins before serving we slice into chicken and put required amount of cheese into chicken, put in the oven (gas mark 4)

Open tin of chopped tomatoes, season bring to the boil, add mozzarella into sauce andstir until cheese has dissolved and sauce thickened

Asda are doing 2 balls of mozzarella for £1.00

i like a little pork sausagemeat mixed with a small amount of breadcrumbs, lemon rind and juice and fresh or dried thyme. wrap the breast then in steaky bacon or pancetta if you're dead posh like.

Tallegio cheese, sundried tomatoes (the ones in a jar of oil, and fresh basil processed together

Diamondsareforever, that was what I was going to suggest! It's yummy, but very filling, I find 1 chicken breast feeds 2 because of the extra meat.

I did it with sage/onion stuffing in the middle mine had bacon wrapped around it and moz. cheese, DH's had salsa dip sauce stuff and cheese - both went down v well.
