Cheese Straws

Help....how do I make them???

roll out puff pastry
sprinkle with well-flavoured cheese (eg Parmesan)
cut into strips with sharp knife
put onto baking tray; you can put a twist in each one if you want.
bake in a moderately hot oven (not too hot or you'll burn the cheese)

If you want you can roll out thinner, sprinkle half with cheese then fold over and sprinkle with more cheese.

Decent puff pastry is crucial; buy all-butter if you can.
