Diced pork - slow cooker

Hi everyone

I bought some diced pork yesterday.... Has anybody got a nice easyish recipe for the slow cooker for this?

Marinade pork in honey, rosemary, olive oil, lots of balsamic vinegar (overnight ie best if you can). On the day, fry the pork lightly to seal and place in slow cooker with lightly fried onion and chopped apples and peppers. Add some stock/red wine and then leave for ages. It's nice with rice or baked potatoes.

onion
garlic/shallot/leeks
some dry white wine or chinese wine
some soy sauce
a dash of rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
a wee bit of sugar
Put it all in the slow cooker and pour in enough chicken stock to just cover the pork.

I like this with rice and pak choi.
